Sales Rep./Organization:
My sales representative was Linda Zhang, and she was great to work with. Anytime I had any questions, she was very attentive and went out of her way to provide the best service possible. This was my second order on Alibaba and the first with Xiamen Dalei Stone Co./Linda Zhang. I would recommend them both to anyone looking for a high-end professional organization.
Shipping:
Linda was again very communicative throughout the shipping process, and my shipment took roughly 20 days during the holiday season to reach the U.S. which was great.
Packaging & Damage:
My order consisted of about 4,000 pounds of granite in 4 crates, resulting in 560 items. Upon arrival, all the crates were undamaged, and all the goods were well packaged. I am glad to say not a single item was broken in transit.
I would highly recommend the Dalei Stone Co. and Linda for all your future needs!
